Paper Submission

The submission process consists of two parts. The final conference contributions (presentation or poster) are selected by the Organizing Board based on the submission of a short abstract. Once accepted, the authors are requested to submit a full paper for presentation at the conference.

Following the conference, a limited number of papers will be selected for publication in a special conference issue of the Journal of Visualization. These papers will have to undergo an additional reviwing process by the publisher (Springer).

For identification, please include the abstract number in the upload file name. There is no automatic confirmation of upload - you will be informed via separate email.

The regular deadline for submission has expired.
Late entries may be submitted directly following the original guidelines (see below).
Please make sure that, following a possibly late notification of acceptance, the full paper (see below) can still be submitted in time.
